1. About these terms

By using this website or engaging MANAV SOLS for services, you agree to these terms. A separate written proposal, quotation, statement of work or agreement may add specific terms for a project. Where those project-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the signed or otherwise expressly accepted project terms will control for that project.

2. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, abuse forms or systems, or use website content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

3. Services and project scope

MANAV SOLS provides services such as website development, web applications, software, SEO, hosting/technical setup, maintenance, support and integrations. The exact deliverables, technologies, timelines and responsibilities depend on the agreed project scope.

Requests submitted through the website are initial enquiries. A project does not begin merely because a request form is submitted or a tracking ID is issued.

4. Quotes and pricing

Prices displayed on the website are indicative offerings unless explicitly stated otherwise. Custom projects, third-party costs, taxes, domain/hosting fees, premium software, payment gateway charges and other external costs may be quoted separately.

A project-specific quotation becomes binding only after the applicable acceptance or agreement is completed.

5. Payments

Payment schedules, deposits, milestones and final balances will be defined in the applicable quotation or project agreement. Work may be paused where required payments are overdue.

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, payments for completed or delivered work are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to any explicitly agreed cancellation or refund terms.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, branding assets, credentials, approvals, legal notices and other materials reasonably required to complete a project. Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to materials you provide to MANAV SOLS and that using those materials for the agreed project will not knowingly infringe another party's rights.

7. Revisions and approvals

Where a package or proposal includes a stated number of revision rounds, revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Significant changes to functionality, structure or requirements may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

8. Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting platforms, domain registrars, email providers, payment gateways, APIs, analytics tools or authentication providers. Third-party availability, pricing, policies and outages are outside MANAV SOLS' direct control.

9. Hosting, maintenance and support

Where hosting, maintenance or support is purchased, the included services and response expectations depend on the applicable plan. Support plans do not automatically include major redesigns, new modules, emergency recovery from client-caused incidents or third-party system changes unless expressly included.

10. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will follow the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, third-party software, fonts, stock assets, open-source packages and external services remain subject to their own licenses or terms.

MANAV SOLS may retain ownership of reusable internal tools, libraries, development methods and general know-how that are not uniquely created as part of the client's deliverable.

11. Portfolio and confidentiality

MANAV SOLS will treat non-public client information with reasonable confidentiality. A project may be shown as part of a portfolio only where permitted by the applicable agreement or with appropriate client consent, especially for confidential or unreleased work.

12. SEO and business outcomes

SEO, advertising, conversion and software services are intended to improve technical quality, visibility or workflow efficiency, but no specific ranking, traffic, revenue, conversion rate, uptime or business outcome can be guaranteed unless expressly committed in writing.

13. Suspension and termination

Either party may seek to end a project according to the terms agreed for that project. MANAV SOLS may suspend services for non-payment, misuse, security concerns or other material breaches. Work completed up to the effective termination date may remain payable according to the applicable agreement and law.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MANAV SOLS is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Governing law

Unless a signed project agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution forum.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, website or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
